Step 2 of 5
Initialize Spreadsheet
This creates all required tabs in your spreadsheet:
schedule_history, sales_history,
sales_curves, config,
weekly_summary, and app_cache.
It’s safe to run multiple times — existing tabs are never overwritten.
Step 3 of 5
Location & Notifications
Set your location name and the email address that will receive weekly labor summaries.
Step 4 of 5
Automated Triggers
Two time-based triggers run automatically each week so you never have to touch the spreadsheet manually.
🔻
Sunday 22:00 — Sync CheckValidates that CFA sales data arrived in Sheet1. Sends an alert email if the sync looks like it failed.
▶️
Monday 06:00 — Weekly PipelineReads Sheet1, archives sales to history, updates your sales curves, runs bias detection, cleans up old data, and writes the app cache — all before you sit down.
Step 5 of 5
Sales Curves
All 7 days start with the same default curve that distributes your daily sales
estimate across the 19 tracked hours. The app refines each day’s curve
automatically once CFA data starts flowing in Chunk 3.
