Setup Steps
Create a new Google Sheet for the Payroll System.
Open Extensions → Apps Script and paste each .gs file.
Create all HTML files as listed below.
Run the initial setup function to create required sheet tabs.
Deploy as a Web App (Deploy → New Deployment → Web App).
Configure settings in the Settings page within the app.
